Ingredients: California Poppy, Peppermint, Ginger, Chamomile, Orange Peel, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Papaya Leaf, Rose Petals, Passionflower, Holy Basil

Tea Brewing Instructions:

Start with cold, fresh water

Preheat tea pot. Cooling of the water results in a weak brew.

Use approx. 2-3 grams of tea leaves per 6 oz water.

Steep 5-20 minutes (weak-strong)
